Missionaries returning home help in the kitchen to prepare for the Viejo Dinner tonight. They make guacamole, grate cheese, dice tomatoes, prepare the cilantro while Carolina makes the dressing and I make the Tres Leche cake. This is a fun memory for all of us!
So fun in the kitchen with these wonderful missionaries all waiting for their final interviews with President Dayton.
We enjoy Cafe Rio Salad for dinner with Tres Leche cake for dessert. During dinner each missionary shares a special experience in the mission, they tell what they will miss most about Spain and what they will miss least.
